Refund Policy
At Veripure Health, we take great care in inspecting, packaging, and securely sealing every order before it leaves our facility. Once an order has been fulfilled and transferred to the shipping carrier, ownership and responsibility for the package passes to the carrier and the customer.
Veripure Health is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or damage that occurs after an order has left our warehouse. Shipping timelines are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.
If a package is lost or damaged in transit, customers must file a claim directly with the shipping carrier. We are happy to assist by providing tracking information and shipment documentation when needed.
We strongly encourage customers to ensure shipping addresses are entered correctly at checkout. Veripure Health is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
